Valuation Fees

We provide property valuation services across Whanganui, South Taranaki, Ruapehu, Rangitikei, and Manawatu. Fees vary depending on the property type, complexity, and location. Please contact us directly for an accurate quote tailored to your needs.

Residential Valuations

From $925 + GST

• Larger homes or complex properties may incur higher fees.
• A travel surcharge may apply outside central service areas.

Relationship Property Valuations

From $975 + GST

• Suitable for private negotiations, separation agreements, or Family Court proceedings.
• Valuations are prepared with impartiality and discretion in accordance with legal standards.

Lifestyle Valuations

Estimate: $1,250 – $1,850 + GST

• Properties with multiple outbuildings may attract an additional fee.

Rural, Commercial & Industrial Valuations

Estimate: $1,250 – $6,000 + GST

• Fees are influenced by the size, number of tenants, and property use.

Rent Reviews – Commercial & Industrial

From $1,250 + GST

• Suitable for market rent assessments under lease agreements.
• Pricing depends on the complexity of lease terms and tenancy arrangements.

Fees & Payment Process

• Invoices are issued following the property inspection.
• A PDF copy of the valuation will be emailed to you and/or your lender once payment is received.
• Payment is required prior to the release of the report unless prior arrangements have been made.

If additional time or resources are required due to unforeseen complexities, we will contact you to obtain your consent for any extra charges.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due within seven (7) days of the invoice date.
• Late payments incur interest at 13.95% per annum, calculated from the due date until full payment is received.

• Direct Credit: Pay directly to our bank account. Please include your name or invoice number as a reference.
